IMPERIO ensures that its products are fairly free from any manufacturing defects. Manufacturing specification of a product may observe insignificant anomaly due to rigorous usage over time. Otherwise, our product warranty extends to maximum one year from the date of purchase from IMPERIO, exclusive to one buyer only. It is advisable to inspect products bought from us prior to their installation. Because, we do not cover for accidents, lack of care, abusive/improper usage of our products afterward. Poor workmanship or any kind of alteration done to IMPERIO products after their purchase will only be considered as going against the manufacturer's maintenance and installation guidelines. Because of various applications our liability extends till the selling of our products.

Place felt floor protectors under the legs of moveable furniture. Use dust map as primary cleaning method. No wet mapping. Occasionally damp mop with water can be used. Do not pour liquid directly on floor or use a wet mop that will puddle or leave moisture standing on the floor. Do not use detergents, abrasive cleaners, soaps, waxes or polishes. Use correct hard surface vacuum tools. Do not use rotating beater bars, floor scrubbers, steamers, jet mops, buffers or similar products. Do not allow liquids to stand on the floor. Wipe up spills immediately.
